This website is operated by Mini Spaces ("Mini", "we") TODO: confirm legal entity name + registered address for Mini Coworking Spaces and Mini Studio in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We keep this simple and honest — here is exactly what happens with your information.

What we collect (and what we don't)

This is a static website. It has no user accounts, and we do not run our own servers that store your personal data when you browse it.

• Contact and tour requests. The forms on this site do not upload your details to a database. When you submit one, it opens WhatsApp on your device with a message prefilled from what you typed (name, phone, email, interest, message) — nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. From then on, your message reaches us as an ordinary WhatsApp chat, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy (Meta) also applies. If you email us at contact@minicoworks.com or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
• What we do with it. We use your contact details only to reply, arrange your tour or booking, and manage your membership conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Cookies and analytics

• Consent choice. Your "Allow / No thanks" choice on the cookie notice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
• Analytics. If (and only if) you choose "Allow", we load Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand which pages are useful. If you choose "No thanks" — or ignore the banner — no analytics script loads at all. There is no advertising tracking on this site.

Hosting and third parties

• Hosting. The site is served by GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may log technical request data (such as IP addresses) for security — see GitHub's privacy statement.
• Links. Links to Instagram, WhatsApp and other external services take you to platforms governed by their own policies.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you (typically: our chat and email history with you), ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email contact@minicoworks.com and we'll sort it out.

Changes

If we change how this site handles data (for example, adding a form backend or a newsletter service), we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live.
